Job responsibilities
1. Responsible for advanced process high-performance/low-power customized IP (STD cell, Macro, SRAM...) circuit design;
2. Simulation, verification, and feature extraction of corresponding IP;
3. Guide layout design of relevant IP;
4. Test circuit and chip design for corresponding IP.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in microelectronics;
2. Basic knowledge of CMOS devices and processes, analog integrated circuit design knowledge, and understanding of layout design;
3. Can use analog circuit customization design tools (Hspice, Virtuoso...);
4. Have studied and used scripting languages such as Tcl or Python;
5. Strong learning ability and thirst for knowledge.
